SHIPPING & RETURNS
Everyone deserves the best quality hair so we ship worldwide to make it possible. The cost of delivery depends where in the world we are shipping to. The cost will be confirmed once you get to the checkout. When you place your order online you will receive an email confirmation from "email@example.com". At the bottom of that email the date that your order is due for dispatch will be detailed.We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for orders within the UK and International Tracked and Signed services for overseas deliveries. This means that if you are based in the UK your order should arrive 1-2 working days after dispatch. If you are based outside of the UK your order can take 10 - 14 days to arrive. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We also have an easy exchange and returns policy should you change your mind. We are happy to accept exchanges on all orders within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unused with seals intact. Refunds are also available within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will not accept any exchanges or refunds on products that are opened and/or used or if the lace on the wig units or hair has been tampered with in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Where you request a refund you must pay to us an administration charge of up to £150 where this is reasonably required to meet our processing costs. All refunds are paid in GBP (£). Please note we have no control in relation to exchange rates. Please email with your original order details for a refund or exchange.
